I've read some threads about this but I still am unclear what the deal is. I just bought a 2011 CM All4S CPO, the boot cover/lid/floor is missing, the dealer is telling me that for the Flat Load floor one panel comes with the car and the other(goes across the back of the seats, which when the seats are down complete the "floor") is extra. Does this make sense? I contend that whichever panel comes standard should be provided by the dealer and I'll take care of the other panel, so which panel is standard?

On that year, the regular single cover over the "spare tire" we'll was standard.

 

yep, your dealer is correct. Make sure you get the jack as well, as that is standard on the 2011-2012, but not on the 2013.

 

Thanks for the help, MINI says the dealer is not required to make the car whole by replacing missing parts from a CPO , let the games begin

 

If need be, ECS Tuning has the flat load floor pieces. One of them is $194-ish, and the other is $154-ish.

 

I saw one on ECS it appears to be the one for the floor , any idea where to find the back of seat one on ECS site? I need both
