R53 Fog lamp bulbs and parking lights

Hey so I'm looking to add some new lights to my mini. Does anybody know what type of bulb I will need for the fog lights and the parking light?

If you do LEDs, you get a cool pulse from them when the BC1 does cold monitoring. My license plate lights and my front "driving lights" do it. It's like a little personal race when you unlock

Oh okay sweet thank you! Are the driving lights the ones next to the amber turn signals under the headlights? I'm looking to replace those with LEDs.

OK, so without any added extras/options the car will just have headlights, parking lights and turn signals.

The fog lights would go in the hole that are below the turn signal down low below the bumper. Driving lights would be the large round ones usually above the bumper closer to the center line of the car, sometimes you'll see a light bar with 4 driving lights on it. Cool looking rally stuff right.

In any case, theres a round lens below the head light on the bumper. Each one takes two bulbs, one is the turn signal, a big orange bulb fits in the back of it. The other is the parking light, a smaller bulb that fits in the same lens with the turnsignal. If you turn on the parking lamps and a turn signal and get a few feet back from the car, it kinda looks like an egg, with the yolk blinking... if that makes sense.

The parking light bulb that I got is this one I'm pretty sure http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1586&ppt=C0010.

Alright yeah I recently got my first mini and don't know too much about the automotive business. Anyways, I saw on WMW you can get a bulb that gets rid of the amber egg yolk. Might have to get a pair of those!

The bulb you posted the link to, is that a bright white color?

Na, just standard, not ultra bright, does not have blueish tint or anything... But sylvania does have those too.

Hmm okay. I kinda like the brighter look, like the LEDs or a blueish tint bulb.
