Wait is Almost Over - Is anyone else on the Michigan Highway
The Michigan Highway carring Lucy is doing the 12hour sea and anchor detail run up the bay to Baltimore. That means after a quick turn it wil be headed to Brunswick for off-load on Friday.
It has been a long wait.

Just a few days. Didn't show enroute until after it was on the ship for week, of course with K-line you have to confirm with your MA since you can't do a VIN look-up.
You know I've been following it. I was excited to see it in AIS range yesterday afternoon.
I have my first batch of accessories coming today. Everyone who has likened this to being a kid at Christmas is spot-on:

I guess I'm lucky, mine got to port in Bremerhaven on the 7th, loaded onto the Tombarra on the 8th, and then set sail. Its due in Nova Scotia on the 20th, then NYC on the 22nd where my baby will be offloaded.
Wondering how long it takes to get from NYC to Vermont.

I'm kind of getting pissed off that my CM is sitting there for so long. Two other people I know that ordered same time or slightly after I did on the 12th of April were produced about the same time as mine and are on two differentships . Yet mine lingers at the port. Boo.
Looks like it's leaving the port in Baltimore now en route to Brunswick.
The updated K-Line schedule has it getting there on the 18th now.

Her current position is off Wilmington, NC making ~14 knots. Her last update here docking at 4PM on Friday. So e 18th on the schedule is probably right on for unloading.
Saw my old MA today and he said worst case would be about 8 days from port to dealership. He said stripes and lights etc are typically installed at the port center and the more dealer add parts the longer they can take.

Michigan highway is making 17 knots and is off Charleron this morning. She should hit nav marker for pilot pickup into Brunswick in 10hrs 7 mins or about 2pm putting her snugged up and ramp down at about 4pm.
Thanks! I'm thinking she's on the California Highway. If I got really lucky somehow she slipped onto the Chesapeake Highway without my MA knowing it. But it's more likely the CH I bet. My MA will be back at the dealer tomorrow and I'll check with him then.
I am impressed, car unloaded Saturday and is already showing at distribution center this mornging on the Owners Lounge site.

The lounge is showing an estimated delivery date of 5/23! I'm taking a red eye from Canada back home to Florida that morning, so I'm hoping to get off the plane and go straight to the dealership. It will be bittersweet driving my hardtop for the last time. Hopefully someone else will enjoy her as much as I have.
Good news all around today.
I just checked back on OL and I am showing estimated date of Saturday the 25th for delivery. I didn't know I could chekc that until I saw Kingfishcoons post.

Sorry, been out of town on a motorcycle trip down to the Dragon since the middle of last week. (Nothing like tearing up some twisties on two wheels to keep your mind off the long wait for your new four wheeler!)
Mine's headed for the D.C. suburbs. It got loaded on the Integrity on the 15th and is headed for Baltimore. Getting closer...

Has your MA reached out to you at all? Mine has been incommunicado for about a month now. Still hoping to pick up tomorrow.
Mine called at 11AM today and said they were rolling it off the truck. It stills needs clear bra, mudflaps, and a few other items and it will be ready to pickup. I plan on picking up Saturday morning.
The good news is mine made it to the dealership last night.
The bad news is I'm leaving town again tomorrow and won't be back until after the 1st. My MA isn't sure they can get it ready in time. In his words they need to add the antennae and program the car.
Give me 5 minutes and I can probably get that squared away.
