Took my new r53 to them yesterday to have some maintenance taken care of. While there, a minor accident occurred damaging my car. Eric at helix was incredibly helpful and apologetic, taking full and immediate responsibility. His insurance already called me, and he himself contacted me to make sure I didn't need anything. I was really impressed by his overarching kindness and helpfulness. I know helix is known as a stellar shop, but figured I'd toss my story in as well.

 

Its a shame all businesses don't act this way.

I hate to say but this has happened in our shop too. It's just one of those things if you work on enough cars eventually something is going to happen. This is why we always recommend you only take your MINI to a Real Business, and Shop with Real business insurance.
