Seat Question

So when I bought my car I never sat in the passenger seat and didn't realize it didn't recline. So after searching on here I came up with the conclusion but I fear my seat is too far gone for that conclusion.

It's stuck in the fully upright position and has a good 10-15 degrees of slop in it. I think the brute force method isn't going to fix this since I've tried a bunch and have been unable.

Do I need a new seat or can I buy some specific parts to repair it?

Thanks

Got it looked at by the dealer and they say it needs a part. $713 to fix it so I might as well get a new seat.

Is there any aftermarket seat companies that still have heated seats? Or anyone selling a passenger seat?
