I am thinking of going with the black sport stripes on my (soon-to-be) absolute black CMS4. Does anyone have pics of that combination? I saw some pics with wide black on black, but it's not quite the same.

Thanks, I saw that one...the car doesn't look black in that light. I was hoping for sport stripes though.

That is nice. Personally I would go with red accents. Can the sport stripes be ordered that way, or is that custom work?

Also, in the first pic, can those stripes be ordered? I've only seen the sport and a different bonnet stripe - is that one special order?

 

these are brand nu stripes, don't think they're available just yet. I think it's not available with red accent. It will be available with orange accents, soon. I would try a vinyl sign guy. Mayb they can replicate the stripes with the red accents you like. Good luck

 

I think orange accents would be sharp as well. Maybe I should just get the CMS4 naked until the new stripes come out.

Orange is a great option. n yes naked without stripes should do. Remember you can always add em later. I'm in Queens, NY, close to NYC n Long Island very convenient. Upstate, where? Heading to Syracuse this weekend for my niece's graduation. Also my daughter's been accepted to Marist for the fall. Looking forward to sum nice road trips. B well

The stripes are starting to show up in the U.S.

 

Aftermarket though? I was hoping that MINI was going to have them.

 

The ones that are flat black/green in the picture above look really good on BRG. Those stripes are available from MINI up here.

 

those are called pitch fork stripes, they we o my '12 cm, had em rmoved, not too cool

 

Here's an example of black on black of my all4.. it might or might not be what you're looking for.. it's gloss black on matte black..

wade that might be the best looking CM i have seen. WOW that must turn heads. How did you get the matte look. is it a wrap or paint. tell us more, tell us more!!!

 

Thanks man.. It's a foil/vinyl wrap.. Original color was surf blue.. almost all the parts were wrapped.. from the red bumper vents, side mirror caps, racing stripes and all chrome parts were wrapped glossy black.
