Possible Belt/Pulley Vibration- Maybe engine knocking

There's some kind of vibration on the left hand side of the engine facing the front of the car near the timing chain. It comes and goes... It will idle no problem for a bit and click/clack, vibrate- sounds like a belt pulley is rattling against the engine block. Definitely noticeable. You can also initiate the rattle by pressing down on the accelerator. Then again it sounds like knocking in the engine.

It is not the timing chain death rattle (cold start issue) this was replaced about around 30k miles. Death chain sound is very unique and this sound that I am now hearing is very different. It sounds like a plastic vibration.

I performed an oil change on Saturday, but this vibration did not come about until this morning, Sunday the 5th of May. I doubt they are related, but I figured I would mention it. What do you guys/gals make of it.

I have an appt for 3:30pm on monday. I bet they can diag it pretty quickly, if they heard it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/opld3a7sezh5tbu/IMG_1646.MOV Thanks.

Most likely one of three things:

Drive belt is starting to come apart

Something (most likely a rock) is caught in the drive belt.

The drive belt and/or friction wheel and/or water pump pulley is contaminated with oil... probably from a leaking timing chain tensioner seal.

Alright I will have to mention this to the guys at the dealer when I take it in for a diag. Whats funny is it went back to normal engine idle when I was out and about the rest of the day to day. It didn't do it again after turning off the engine after making this video. Drove 1hr and 20 mins round trip and it once did not do this abnormal sound. This is very strange.
