My wife will be needing a new car shortly and I have been considering getting her a Countryman. I have made a golf bag attachment in my Honda Odyssey which we refer to as the "Golf Mobile". I was hoping that their would be enough room to do the same in a Countryman but apparently not.

Yea, you can't fit a full set of clubs standing up on the CM, I already tried. It doesn't fit sideways either, I have to fold the center section of the bench seat down to fit my clubs through the middle. If you want, I post pics.

Finally got around to taking some pics. Here are how the a full set of clubs fit in the CM. Note that I am using a slimmer bag, I am using the Callaway FeatherLite 3.5 bag. Also, I don't have the Flat Load Floor. Sorry, car is a little dirty.

As you can see, the clubs will not fit standing straight up.

You can fit the bag with irons & putter only laying sideways, I had to take out the driver, woods & a 4 hybrid.

This is how I usually carry my bag around to the course. Fold down center of the bench seat and put full set w/ bag through the opening.
