Fog light Angel Eyes - Good Vendor?

I'm very very skeptical of the legitimacy of this company, let alone to quality of the lamps. Has anyone dealt with "Racing Guys Motorsports Equipment"?
Or...where can I find these lamps for under $100 if possible?
