Does anyone know if i bought a 3 spoke steering wheel with all the controls and my 2 spoke steering wheel only has a horn if those controls will matter or work? Any info is great thanks!

 

My mini has 2 spoke steering wheel with no controls other than the horn controls wondering how the horn works on a 3 spoke and if i bought one with controls what to do? Buy new plastic inserts with no controls? Hook them up and hope it works? haha *I'm sure it wont but hey* who's tried this?

Thanks Bram that is very helpful although i dont foresee myself being confident enough to install all of that. However if i just wanted the 3 spoke steering wheel, and the one I were to buy came with the MFSW could I just not hook those up? How does the horn work on the 3 spoke?
