Floor mats for mud and sand?

We got the mini rubber floor mats, but they're not that great at keeping mud and sand out of the carpet. I saw that mini has new deeper dished hard plastic mats but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

I don't have them, but from what I understand, you can't go wrong with Weathertech products. They have floor liners as well as rubber mats.

I purchased my set from Weathertech. They work great and are a perfect fit both in the front and back.

I am seriously considering the weathertech mats because we want the window visors and rear cargo mat and they offer a package.

The new mini ones are really nice, though. They look to be super deep dished.

Cant make up my mind

The Weathertech ones are good. We got them for ours and they are worth the price.

Been thru 2 New Hampshire Winters and Summers with weather tech molded floor mats, they are very good at containing mud, slush etc....and when mounted correctly do not slide forward and hinder peddles....also added the light grey window visors all around - look good and are not very noisey

Update: I just wanted to provide my 2 cents on WeatherTech floor liners for the Countryman. This past October, I ordered front and rear WeatherTech liners directly from them. They certainly kept dirt off the carpets. The passenger side does not come with any fasterners, the WeatherTech stickers curled and peeled off both front mats within a month of having them (not a big deal since their logo is gone.) My biggest complaint with them is they are made out of hard plastic where the edge of the plastic essentially rubbed a permanent mark on to my stainless steel foot rest. I tried to buff it out but it appears like a permanent mark. I attempted emailing WeatherTech customer service (and as others have stated) they do not respond. My solution was to trim a piece of the drivers side liner so that it was not covering the foot pad.

I recently purchased the MINI All-Weather Floor Liners and have been happy with them. I was also able to get a discount from the dealer on them and picked them up (for front driver and passenger only) for just under $100.

I also vote for the MINI All Weather Floor Liners. Mine paid for themselves with the harsh winter in Michigan this year.

I would almost bet that these are made by Weathertech for MINI. I like the fact that the fronts have the velcro discs like the stock mats.

I purchased mine from this same vendor for $87...free shipping and packaged well. They look grey in the pic, but they are black:
