Water leaking into cabin from rear view mirror

I have a 2007 MCS hatchback with the panoramic sunroof. I am having an issue where during heavy rain or when I wash my car with a high pressure car wash, water will leak into the cabin and drip off the rear view mirror. I have already had to replace my mirror once because the remote antenna for my key fobs got ruined. I checked the sunroof drains today just emptied a water bottle into the area surrounding the sunroof and watched the water flow freely down the drain tubes and could see it exiting behind the rear front wheels. I know that my front window isn't factory and was thinking it may have not been sealed correctly. Just wondering if anyone would have any other theories.
Thanks.

I had the same problem and the front drain was a very tiny bit unseated.
It may run down the drains but there STILL may be a loose fit.
Once the drains were re-secured, no more leak.

Did you fix this yourself or did the dealership do it?

Hah I thought I was going crazy, this happened once, after a very heavy down pour, hasn't happened again since and never happens at the car wash so I've let it go.

Fix Key fob

Had the same issue and delt with it the same as nutsofamily.
however my Key fob also failed to register , but after cleaning the receiver circuit board (In the rear view mirror) with a dry tooth brush to remove the water scale (after it got wet) I was able to register my keys ok, (No visit required to the dealer )
