I can't seem to fold them from inside (power).

Also- in sport mode does anyone's car sputter
A bit when you decelerate?

It's an option. With my MINI it was part of the cold weather package, along with heated mirrors and heated seats. I don't know if that package has stayed the same.

 

As mentioned, the powerfold mirrors are a standalone option (includes heater mirrors too) or a part of the cold weather package, adds heated seats for a total of $750 (2 $500 options combined).

Pop and burble is standard now on S model cars produced in and after 2011. It is normal and to be cherished
