Bulkhead for dos cai
If you have the dos CAI did you cut the hole yourself or buy the precut bulkhead? What's best option?

My son has a DOS cai on his 2009 MCCS and he cut the hole himself with a hole saw - came out fine and he has very basic mechanic / woodworking skills.

Ok. Did he have to take the bulkhead off to do it or just sawed with it still in place?

Good question. I am not sure. Sorry I am not more help. I am sure DOS has install instructions.
