The prefered systems right now are the Howerton Aquamist (hfs-3 / hfs-4), they are the priciest but you absolutely get what you pay for.
Of the lesser systems, the Devils Own, Snow & AEM are all pretty comperable and have been used by a couple of people, but most people who really like having W/M & use it regularly, either want to or have, upgraded to the Aquamist.
Howerton does offer a Mini specific kit.
