Side Thigh Bolstering Ripped

Side Thigh Bolstering Ripped

So, getting in and out of the car made the side leathers fold in. To this point, they are actually ripped. As you can see from the photo I attached.

However, Is this covered under the warranty? I have the leather lounge seats.

I just saw this today. Is it me that I'm sitting too much on the side? Or is it because of getting in and out of the seats?

And no. I didn't cut it with anything sharp. Don't remember carrying anything sharp with me into the car...

I'm guessing it's from the tabs on your jeans catching it when getting in and out of the car.

I doubt this would be covered by warranty, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to ask.

IMO no way is the dealer covering that. That IMO looks like it was cut with something and not a defect.
