I have an '05 S. Mine are broke on the front, both sides. I'm getting a loud squeak out of the right one. I'm getting some BC coilovers, But It might be a couple weeks before I can get them here and installed. How bad can they get? Is it safe to drive or should I not drive it

 

How exactly are they broken?

 

If I look in through the hole at the top, I can see that the rubber is torn away.

 

I would avoid driving the car if i were you.
that being said, I rode around in a car that was a friend of mines that was so beyond bad it was impressive and nothing ever happened to her.

 

Yeah, I ordered some top mounts to put in until I decide on my suspension setup. Thanks for the help.

 

same here, is this the part i need? I have bushings all over the place shot to hell and i'm sure they've been that way since i've owned the car for over a year now. getting ready to overhaul all of the bushings under the car, FSD struts with stock springs etc....just want to make sure this is the part i need for the same problem posted with the strut mount rubber torn on top. i've seen pricing for these from 36 to 72 for one.
