I purchased an 04 JCW and need to replace the brakes. I dont think that it has JCW brakes, but how do I know for sure ? thanks

 

Post a pic and maybe we can help identify them. Are they red with the JCW logo? They may or may not be even if they are red as most people paint them.

 

You might want to post this in the first gen forums, this is for second gens (07 on).

From what I understand the first gen JCW brakes were the same as the standard second gen brakes. But posting a picture is probably the best idea.
