What gear do you find yourself in

when you are driving around town. You know where speeds generally should not be above say 35. Just curious

Always 5th, I forget about 6th cause I've never had one before.

3rd usually. I like quick throttle response, also cuz I don't have a turbo

With the automatic, the car rides between 2200 and 2500. Excellent throttle response when needed.

I pick the highest gear that keeps me right over 2000 RPM. On the flats, that usually means 4th for 35 mph and 5th for 45 mph.

On one part of my commute, there's a slight downhill grade where I can put it in 6th at 45 mph. It's kind of low RPMs, but there's almost no engine load. Otherwise, I wouldn't do it.
