winters on R56 MCS coupe

Finally had a chance to put the winter tires on the 08 MCS coupe for a trip to the mountains to ski this week. Didn't encounter much snow, but got a chance to test out the Blizzak WS60's on some ice / snow areas and they worked great as I expected they would. I have Blizzaks on my SUV as well, which work fantastically.

I went with a 195-60-16 on the stock 16" wheels and they fit nicely. About .5" or so taller than stock, but no issues with clearance on a stock ride height MCS.

I have Blizzak 70's x 4 on my 2013 Cooper S Hardtop and they grappled easily up a steep incline through 10" measured snow two weekends ago near Elk Mountain, PA. I could not have been happier with the choice to go with Blizzaks - confidence-inspiring and fun to boot.
