Recommendation for HID lights upgrade?
Hello there! -I am a fairly new mini cooper owner. Just bought a 2009 Mini (base) convertible (R57)
I am looking to upgrade the factory headlights with some brighter bulbs or HID-kits. I have been reading very mixed reviews about aftermarket HID-kits with harness.
I am looking for the brightest (and whitest) possible light without blinding upcoming traffic.
Do you recommend to get HID/harness package? If so which one? OR is it better to just upgrade my bulbs (high/low beams) for something better? Which bulbs would do the job?

Please check out and perhaps talk to them via their contact page (they answer back), the Retrofit Source before going to ebay and buying junk.
