Timing chain/cooling system/all other common problems

So in a few hours my 07 MCS is on its way to the dealer to check Im just gonna say all the problems we all are having out. After I made appointment to check the tensioner for the noise I notice there is a frickin recall due to the cooling system causing overheat issues. Hmm I thought I could have swore I noticed coolant in my oil and that my car is burning oil as well. Let me just say I hope this time they not only fix my motor but all the periferals this time since that seems to be the issue. Id hate to have a 4th motor put in. It's bad enough that I have the feeling that they will be puttting number 3 in very soon. So far I'm averaging 27K per motor. Definately not a honda.

Sounds like you need to stop going to whatever dealer you are going to, because if your vehicle is on its 4th motor, either you or they do not know how to properly service or maintain it.

Well it would only be third but as of now it is the timing chain fix whatever that intails, the auxiliary water pump recall fix and the valve cover gasket is leaking. I would take it to another dealer but the Ford dealer that I take my truck to isnt the MINI dealer in my area. So if you would like to inform MINI of BALT. Co. that they suck be my guest, however they are only fixing the same problems all the POSes have. I enjoy my MCS but I have never had so many issues with a vehicle as this.

i don't think "suck" would be my choice of words to describe your MINI Dealer.
