Pre-loading suspension then tightening after sub frame removal

Hey guys. I'm getting ready to overall to pull my sub frame and overall my bushings and I have a quick question. From what I've read on most cars it seems that after everything is bolted and torqued, some bolts (outer ball joint?) need to be loosened and re-torqued after the car has been lowered.

Does anyone have experience with this relating to exactly what bolts need this treatment or any other tips. Thanks!

In general rubber bushes have to be tightened when loaded so they flex from a neutral the same amount each way. Lower the car - final tighten the bushes. You can lower it onto 4 cut down rail sleepers to give you height.
