Is it normal for the passenger front window to not go all the way down in my Country Man. It is only up like a inch or two inches. ThankYou

Thank you I was still able to get a hold of a salesman at the dealership. They wanted me to bring it in for service to reset it and I found out how. It is something that happens from time to time you just have to start the car close the door put the window all the way up and then hold the window switch up for 10 seconds.
