Racing Stripes

Good Evening to all of our MINI OWNERS tonight I started an early cleanup on my MINI which is Racing Green with black stripes my problem is the stripes is stained any "IDEAS" on how to clean them (DON'T YOU JUST LOVE WHAT BIRDS DO TO A FINE LOOKING CAR ) ANY HELP would be appreciated THANKS MINIINHD

try some dishwashing liquid in lukewarm water, gently applied with a microfiber towel.

Use a claybar to get as much of the solid debris off the stripe.

If you can't get the stripe clean with dish soap and a rag, it's time for power tools. I've used my random orbital polisher with a medium hardness polishing pad, and a gentle paint cleaner or swirl remover. I'm able to remove a lot of stubborn asphalt and dirt stains from the stripes on my boot. They look as clean as they did 4 years ago. After that, wax that vinyl!

If you can't get them clean this way, they likely need to be replaced.
