How to tell what suspension is fitted.

Here is a pic of my car, could anyone tell me what suspension is likely to be fitted judging by the ride height?
It's a 2005 cooper S, dampers and springs are black.

Look like stock sport suspension. Check and see if the sway bars and springs are red or any other color other then black.

All the suspension components are black inc sway bars.

Then it is most likely the stock sport suspesion.

So the reason I asked the question is, I wan't to upgrade to some bilstein dampers and springs which lower the car 20mm. The jcw kit lowers 10mm so question answered, thanks
