About two weeks into ownership and I have some complaints about MINI Connected. I thought this might be a good way to share ideas on how they could improve the system. Here's my list:

- Add alternative voices, especially a British voice option
- Make the center of the left steering wheel control circle a pause button that stops all music or radio sound
- Stop any music playing via Internet radio. (Or other sources) whenever a video is played. This is a huge bug. It should be impossible to play two sound sources at once with a visual display of only one of them.
- For crying out loud just provide enough power to charge my iPad while it is connected!
- My iPad screen should not have to be on wasting battery life in order to use the Connected app. Make it connect in the background so the screen can be off.
- Fix the diagnostics option so it actually works instead of generating an error code even though it functions
- Fix the aspect ratio on video playback
- Integrate Mog, Spotify, Rdio, Aupeo and Pandora into the app
- Integrate Siri voice commands. If my Bose Bluetooth headset can do this, MINI Connected (with a cable attached!) should have no trouble integrating the functionality.
- Give me the "Last 8" and "Top 8" cell calls from my phone just like my wife's Justa Clubman can.
