Interesting 2013 CM Change

Took a 2013 CMS for a test drive a few days ago - nothing particularly remarkable about it. Typical options with the base leatherette sport seats.

But what was interesting was that the no/cost leatherette seats had lumbar dial adjustments on the sides of the seats! Something that was noticeably absent from my 2011!

The sales person was surprised when I pointed this out - hadn't really noticed this before.

Have folks heard - is this standard now? Or some new model year manufacturing oddity?

A welcome addition, if it is to be there on all CM leatherette seats.

I have 2013 and I believe lumbar support is standard. I ordered mine and did not pay extra to upgrade the seats My car has lumbar support

Very comfy!

It's standard for 2013.

I believe there was a thread here from last year on how to upgrade to lumbar adjustment with parts from the dealer. Looked like a nice weekend project.
