OK, I've reached that point so many of you have described where I may have crossed over the line of obsession and now am approaching insanity. I couldn't believe the waiting gets worse as delivery gets closer, but its so true. My MINI is at the Charleston port and was supposed to be at VPC by yesterday, but its still at port. Can anyone tell me what their experience has been with the Charleston port and VPC in regards to how long it takes?

I am in the exact same boat literally. I have been alble to track the progress thought the ship line but am now call ask mini every five hours. I am glad to know I am not the only one looking at my watch each day.

Hasn't anyone told you...it takes forever.......

 

Mine came into the Charleston Port on Sept 27 and I picked it up at Global Imports (Atlanta) on October 4. It actually arrived at dealer on Oct 1. I ordered a 2003 BRG MC, sport and premium pkg on Aug 2 and only waited 2 months for my car. That was much faster than I expected.
