Trouble with Way Motor Works returning my call ...

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get Way Motor Works to reply to emails and calls regarding a part that was bad? I bought a set of 4 steel brake lines - three went on perfectly with no problems. The fourth (front) would not. The threads were very messy and I didn't want to strip the brakline threads.

I have called several times and am always told Way will get back to me - but get nothing. I have also sent an email explaining the issue and still nothing.

So, I am left to post on NAM and hopefully the community will have a better suggestion - or Way will respond directly.

thanks

I just saw this. Sorry about the issue you've had I got a new guy working the phone so we are going to have to have a "discussion" about this on Monday.
I also checked my email and don't see any email from you. Please email me directly at info@waymotorworks.com with your issue and any pictures you have of it. Include your contact and order info and I will call you back on Monday and get the correct part out to you.

Thanks
WAY

Actually, I am surprised there was any delay in the call back, Way is very good to us MINI folks on NAM.

I see from the above, he saw it and fixed it. Way to go Way!

Way is the man! He runs an extremely reputable operation. I buy all of my parts from waymotorworks.

Way is a good fellow. He and I have spoken several times. As a matter of fact, I am driving up to Atlanta tomorrow morning to have them do a tune on Tackleberry and get a few other things done while I am there (oil change, spark plugs, and swap out my Helix lower control arms for my new NM Engineering Titanium lower control arms). Way, see you around 10am Wednesday morning.
