Cabin Air Flow (Even When Fan Off)

At speed, there is a constant flow of air into the cabin of my 2005 R50. Its loud enough to lead me to think that the HVAC blower is running, but its not.
Seems that there is a vent open somewhere that allows air to enter at freeway speeds.
Not a big deal, just noisy and annoying.
Any ideas what causes this, or how to remedy?

If I remember correctly from my R50/R53 days, you have to hit the recirculate button before you turn off the HVAC to close all the outside vents.

Yup....
I set a decent temp, then shut off the fan....get enough heat, no fan on the highway. On negative is folks forget that unless the temp is set to "LO" AND the fan is off....the air is STILL gettting warmed when it blows across the heater core.....
Just set resculation mode, then turn fan off....
but since the car has no seperate vents....you will fog up the windows pretty fast...so maybe set a different vent before turning off the fan?
