What is my best way to fix this but not to change my original parts.

Not sure what I am looking at exactly.

If it is paint... If your nail catches on it, it will have to be filled with touchup paint and leveled the best you can (Lanka system?). If your nail does not catch on it you can possibly use an electric DA polisher and some combination of pad and polish (working your way from least aggressive toward more aggressive until you get the desired result).

The second one looks a bit like a clear bra ding. Not much you can do with that except put a new piece on.

If you're asking your questions here, you could be a detailing newbie. If so, find someone local to give you advice or go to a shop and get an estimate.
