If you are talking of Jan from RMW he is actually out of Cal. Usually in the spring there is a tuning day in Rochester. Other than that their is Helix in Pa. and sometimes one in Conn. You also have the choice of doing a remote tune at a dyno near you. Send a message to Jan and he will give you all the details.
