New to the Mini World

Like the title say's i'm new to the forum and fairly new to mini's,i have a 09 JCW and i'm done a few upgrades. Some M7 part's, Alta part's & even Hotkis suspension to name a few thing's. I'm looking for some more power out of the car, I was reading about the RMW tune. Can someone please give me a little more info on it and i was wondering if that's the way to go. Thanx

Welcome to the forum. I can't speak to the RMW tune, but you might consider looking at the Alta Accessport tuner.

Hello JCWKART,
I too was intrigued by the RMW tune stories, so I first purchased a canned tune from them (with the flash tool for stealth dealership visits). I was blown away by the amount of new power on tap.
A few months later, I decided to get their Dyno tune for optimum power. All I can say is OMG!
My car was tuned to 237whp and 236wtq, before I realized I had warn plugs and considerable carbon build up (actually Jan guessed it at the time, but is was confirmed later). Once I changed the plugs and had the carbon cleaned, it blew me away again. Needless to say, I'm anxious to get it back on the Dyno for new readings.
So, in a nutshell, go for it! I wasn't sorry in the least!
Always smiling,
Jon
