license plate bracket HW

I've moved to a front tag state and need to install my tag holder. Looks to be 4 screws going into the bumper. What does the dealer use to attach the bracket? Self tapping screws? how long? I've never drilled into these structural plastic bumpers, but I'll bet they drill easy!

I am not really sure what kind of frame/tag holder but my frame did require 4 screws as well but my dealer only used two which means that they drilled 2 holes on my bumper and installed it. I personally hate it but my car was a surprise from my parents so I can't do anything about it plus why would I complain for something so little? Haha, anyway I am currently driving without the front license plates because I think it looks better without it. The police in my city doesn't really care. Hope I helped!

Order a plate mount that connects to the front tow-hitch.
Then you won't have to drill into the bumper at all.

Or just do like me, and never install the front plate, even if it's illegal.

Seriously don't start drilling in your bumper, go with the front tow hook plate mount. There are a bunch of different companies that make em. I have the CravenSpeed. Below is a pic of the US Millworks.
