Oil Leak identification Help

I wish I would have snapped a picture but Im looking at an 06 MCS at a dealer wtih 39k miles on it. Seems pretty clean. I noticed two things with it that I need some advice on.

1st is I got it on a lift and noticed some fresh oil (not dripping) around the oil pan. If Im standing at the back of the car looking towards the front, its on the rear of the oil pan just left of the drain plug, seems to be coming down a few inches above. Would this be a oil pan seal? The dealer asked the service dept (Ferrari dealer) and they think it may be from when they changed the oil....I dont know if I believe that.

2nd is there is a bit of oil leakage from the passengers side engine mount.

The third thing I noticed not related to oil but when Im inside the car and I try to scroll through the tach LCD display using the little button on the top of the turn signal stalk it only toggles between current speed and temp, for some reason I thought it would scroll through to avg mpg etc etc. Am I doing something wrong or is this broken?

Are these major issues to repair?

Thanks

1. Most likely the pan gasket. I would have them replace it.

2. The engine mount is likely blown and needs to be replaced. They run about 100 for parts and about an hour or labor and should also be done if you are going to buy it.

3. OBC was an option and you may not have it.
