Nashville MINI club forming, any other clubs have advice?
Just had a meeting with MINI of Nashville last night and they are wanting to help form a local enthusaists club.... we've got the dealership and one other person allready wanting to help, but it looks like it is preety much in my lap at the moment.
Anybody with experience starting clubs in other areas have any advice or lessons learned they can share with me?
I've posted about it a moment ago in the SE regional board, so any comments should be directed there or to me personally via email.
All help and advice greatly appreciated.

We are new. Get some cards printed and give to MINI owners you meet. Get some drives and dinners going. Will Mini do a mailer for people in your area? Pass out info at the Dragon.
Just some ideas.

You might want to talk with Minimiller from the DC area, he is the current 'el Presidente' and his first lady is MoonPie.....

Our club, MINICCI, started less than a year ago and I am happy to be one of the original board members. We have over 100 members/associate members now and I think the key was having the dealers backing. I will be at the Dragon and would be more than happy to talk with you there.
