• We’ll handle the logistics for you: splitting up the big order and making sure your item is sent to you (you can track your order on our website).
• We’ve got great customer service. You can always email us at info@massdrop.com and we usually respond within 24 hours.

Once the payments are in and the group buy has ended, we automatically refund the difference between the price you paid and the final cost of the product. Everyone in the group only pays the final price of the group buy.
