How do you tap into the passenger fuse box

I installed a set of driving lights and currently have them powered directly from the battery. I noticed that my fused box at F41and F 42 (which are marked as SEAT HEATERS) have 30A fuses in them,BUT my car does not have heated seats.

QUESTION? - 1. Can I hook my ATO Add-A-Circuit fuse in place of one of these and draw power from it to power my lights. This way there would be no power to the lights when I turn the engine off.
2. The Add-A-Circuit has a max 10 amp fuse. Since I am replacing a 30 amp fuse. Will it work? Remember the 30amp is in a location labeled "heat seater".
Additional info - the wiring harness that came with the lights has a 15 AMP inline fuse and a relay.

Last, my car is a 2011 Clubman and I have been told in 2011 they started tying alot of electrical systems into the computer which monitors Amps being drawn.

Any information will help as I am a complete novice on automotive electrical systems once you get past just splicing into wires.

thks

I assume you have a relay in your light system that allows you to use your driving lights only when the high beams are on. That said, there's no real advantage to running another wire into the passenger compartment. You can get power for your lights from the fuse box under the hood and use an inline 10-15a fuse in your circuit.
