Just got finished with the above installs and had the racing stripes painted on when the Orciari body kit was painted and instanned. Also I installed a UUC exhaust and Milltek headers. Tell me what you think.

Awesome! I always thought the Oricari kit looked just a bit too much on brighter cars, but on the BRG, it is just understated enough that it's PERFECT. And now I can see the potential in MY car! LOL I ove it!

WOW!

I agree...looks great on a dark color!

Just a helpful suggestion to keep the lines of the car clean: lose the front license plate

Well, I now know how my car would look with the Orciari kit! I think it's the best I've seen so far, however, I don't think it's for me. The stripes on the other hand are AWESOME!!! Did you have those painted or are they decal from Cooperflags or somewhere else? How much did that cost you, if you don't mind me asking?

JD,
Excellent results with the aero kit, UUC, white S-lytes and lowered springs!
A great blend of stock parts and upgrades.
The BRG works really well with the aerokit and stripe.
Thanks for the pictures.
I bet you get alot of looks

He said he had them painted on when they painted his kit. Probably cost him very little extra since they were already painting the kit.

Looks very clean, nice install. I'm not so sure about those pinstripes running down the length of the car under the windows though, makes things a bit busy IMHO.

Why did you not get the spoiler with the kit? I am liking the sideskirts for that kit, nice and wide. Might have to make a whole kit of various parts up. Looks real good though.

cheers, jason

Thanks for all the nice comments. And yess I get alot of looks in the car from those with badges and those without ! I'm giving the Valentine 1 a workout.

Jason, I did get the spoiler with the Orciari kit but I finally decided that it was a bit much and opted for the cleaner lines of the MINI aero kit spoiler.

Cheers,

JD

Love the looks of the Orciari body kit! Nicely decorated with the white strips, enhencing the white roof and wheels! Good job!

The kit looks awesome. I have the entire kit sitting in my garage right now waiting to get painted. The best quote I got on the paint was 1200 Euro for paint and install, but with the exchange rates, 1200 Euro equals around $1440. Summer is coming soon though, and so is the tax return.

As a complete package it looks good. I've never been a big fan of the Orciari Body kit though. I do like your center stripe.

I think that's the best example of the Orciari body kit I've seen yet. Great work.
