can anyone tell me if these are oem or replica?
if you mouse over / hover / whatever, you can see the markings on the inside of the wheel - anyone know if these are genuine?

Those are replicas; the OEM ones have an offset of 48mm, not 42mm as shown on the wheels in the listing.

I've never seen the back of an R112, but all the MINI wheels I've seen actually have "MINI" molded in markings on the back. Also only 3rd party wheels have the offset stamped on like that.
