help deciding

Sorry for the reposting, originally I posted this on the JCW garage....
Does any body knows of a mayor diference between a jcw cabrio 09-vs-(used)12,
and what would you guys choose price difference is $6000. (and 29000 miles)
09-fully loaded, BUT no jwc aerokit
12-kh system, bluetooth, heated seats, xenon lights, but no alarm system..
Please help here.. I'm confused. 6000 seems like a lot to me, unless there is a major upgrade...this car is a keeper since im upgrading from cooper c.
To make it a little more confusing, there is also an S 2010 laurel edition for almost the same money as the 09

Go with the one that has a warranty! The 12s have a few upgrades over the 9s

There was an LCI update in 2011 on the Convertible. With the LCI, there were a few minor visual changes and a couple of engine tweaks....my preference is always for the JCW Aero-kit and to have warranty.
