Indy in Columbus, OH (please)
Our grand daughter recently bought a very nice '03 Mini Cooper (base model)/5-speed, and now I want to have all fluids changed, new plugs, filters, belts, etc. I would prefer to have an indy shop for this, but not one that simply says "yeah, we work on just about anything here", if you know what I mean.
So I would appreciate suggestions for an experienced Mini indy shop in the Columbus, OH, area.
Thx,
relinuca

Relinuca,
I see that no one has replied to you yet. I can give you the name of a independent shop in Columbus, but I have not used them. But I plan to from what I've been told of them.
The shop is Auto Assets in Powell just outside of 270. You can also find other shops listed on www.minirepairshops.com
I hope this helps you.

I will send you a PM with other information about MINI stuff in Columbus in a moment.

Not sure if you're into DIY projects but all of these are pretty easy to do with basic hand tools. The only one that might be considered a tough task would be the tans fluid and even that is pretty straight forward. Could end up saving a nice bit of cash too.
