Indy in Columbus, OH (please)

Our grand daughter recently bought a very nice '03 Mini Cooper (base model)/5-speed, and now I want to have all fluids changed, new plugs, filters, belts, etc. I would prefer to have an indy shop for this, but not one that simply says "yeah, we work on just about anything here", if you know what I mean.

So I would appreciate suggestions for an experienced Mini indy shop in the Columbus, OH, area.

Thx,

relinuca

Relinuca,

I see that no one has replied to you yet. I can give you the name of a independent shop in Columbus, but I have not used them. But I plan to from what I've been told of them.

The shop is Auto Assets in Powell just outside of 270. You can also find other shops listed on www.minirepairshops.com

I hope this helps you.

Jim

Not sure if you're into DIY projects but all of these are pretty easy to do with basic hand tools. The only one that might be considered a tough task would be the tans fluid and even that is pretty straight forward. Could end up saving a nice bit of cash too.

+1 on all of that being very easy to do. If you're up for a drive to the northern side of Cincy, I know a great guy. PM me if you want the details.

A lot of the OH people are using Detroit Tuned for their major & minor work, Chad has even been known to come down for club, tune parties.
