I have a set of factory xenons from an 05. Tried to install these on my 05 MCS and they'll only work with my highbeams on, which I'm not exactly cool with. Comes with bulbs, ignitors, and ballasts. Should plug and play to anything <05. Willing to ship, but buyer pays shipping. Pictures coming soon.

Maybe list them in the Marketplace...then all the people shopping for parts will see your ad.

Actually there are two Marketplaces(?) One on top and one on the side listing. This one shows up under "new post" feature, while you need to "click" on the Marketplace on top of the page for that one.

Any reason why they only worked with the high beams on? Did you have your car coded??

They should work AOK without any programming in any MCS that came with factory Xenons from 02' thru 06'.

And while I belive it is possible to go from Xenon to halogen as plug and play, can't go the other way without adding the auto leveling after sales kit from MINI and programing.

Do you have more information or details on the "auto leveling after sales kit from MINI" - is there a part # or something to ask @ the counter?

Yup, had them coded at the dealership. Before coding they'd flicker when I tapped the accelerator. After coding, they'd only work with the highbeams switched on. Extremely vexing bump.

I don't mean to sound rude but this information is false. I have installed OEM Facelift Xenons into my R53, upgrading it from OE Halogens. I did experience the flickering issue until a local shop allowed me to toy with their Autologic tool. In the autologic program there is a coding for "Xenons w/o autoleveling" which is what I had programmed into my ECU. After that, the xenons have been working perfectly.

To be clear, I do NOT have auto-leveling sensors installed on my vehicle.
