Hiccup # 43 Starting Issue

So, We (my bf and I) changed the clutch in my '02 MINI S. We put in a Stage 1 Dual to Single mass conversion. Yay! Done. Put the engine back in (long story). Done. Oops, missing a couple bolts. Went to the auto parts store. Got new bolts. Done. Buy new clutch slave cylinder. Bleed new clutch slave cylinder. Done. Put on subframe and all the fun things in between. Done. Replace tie rod arms. Done. Hook up all fun front steering and suspension stuffs. Done. Bleed brakes. Done. Put on tires. Done. Mental note *alignment and tire rotate. Put the battery in my MINI. I'm getting really excited at this point. We're almost done and we've worked on the MINI together......without killing each other. (We're both experienced mechanics. Him on old Jeeps and me on Diesel.) Turn the key! NOTHING!!!! Not even a click! Check the Optima battery out. It's good! WTF (and MANY other choice words)!!!!! So, this is where we need some HELP! We have been racking our brains all night just to figure out what it could be. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh and don't say, "look in the Bently manual", please. Thanks in advance.

There is a clutch sensor on the clutch lever, if this is loose or not hooked up the engine won't even turn over...as it does not think the clutch is engaged...

Sorry I cannot seem to find a link to a picture right now, but it is discussed on here quite a few times...

Thank you, MC40oregon. Like I said any ideas are welcomed. I have been without my baby for 1 1/2 months and have been using various friends' vehicles. She has been 1 issue after another but I'm sure once she gets going and is all back together, she'll be a little easier for me to manage. Thank you, again.

Update: MCS is running. I managed to nuke the problem. Basically, it was the starter. Thank you for all your help.
