Electrical Apocalypse

Posted that my airbag light and seat belt light stayed on a couple of weeks ago on my low mileage 06 MCS.

Now it keeps piling on:

- Airbag light
- Passenger Airbag light (intermittent)
-Seat Belt light
- Doors won't lock, brake lights stay lit a few minutes, then you are able to lock
- ABS light goes on
- Clock goes off
- No signal lights
- A/C does not go on right away.

Where is Joe Lucas when you need him?

Sounds like in addition to a body module; I need every module made.
Or a match?

Good call! I was wondering how all the modules would go down at once. Power source!

Going to get on that right away and keep you posted.

Why do I always look at the expensive stuff first?

i think you have a grounding issue

have the battery "load tested" because that is easy to have done (sears, batteries plus, autozone, etc), but if the car starts readily, i doubt it is the battery, more likely chassis ground issue....

flakey ground = flakey computer

Voltage may be good to spin a starter motor, but the electronics could be finicky.

Will check grounds too. Thanks!
