Rim Compatibility

Hello;
I wonder if anyone can tell me if OEM 16" rims with snow tires from a 2003 Cooper S will fit on a 2012 Cooper.

Have the specific width and offset of the wheel?

Remember to check the diameter of the holes as 1st gen uses 12mm and 2nd gen uses 14mm, so depending on the wheel the holes may need to be bored out!
