Need Help!!! 2007 R56 s Temp warning light!

I have recently purchased a 2007 R56 s and about two days ago my fan started running constantly and my temp light would come on. I found it weird that my car would not act as though it was over heating nor would it leak any kind of fluids. I read it may be the Coolant Temp Sensor that needs to be replaced. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated!

You've confirmed that the coolant system is properly up to level with OEM coolant?
And you're 100% sure there's no leaks?
Then is time to check the thermostat housing and the coolant temperature sensor (CTS) for shortage or failure.

Yes, My coolant levels are perfect and my MCS sits on a black top drive way and I've been checking for leaks and there has been no puddles. If it was my thermostat would that cause a leakage of fluids? Thats why Im thinking it may be the coolant temp sensor.

Yes, a coolant temperature sensor (item #5) is the place I would start as well.
