Hello, just placed an order for a white countryman s last night after a deal for a jeep wrangler unlimited fell through. My GF believes it was meant to be cause we went back to the mini dealer on a whim last night and the original MA was there and offered to take a test drive. Needless to say i fell in love with it and had to order one with the pkgs i wanted. Expect it to be here in sept.

Anyhow. Just wondering about the chrome exterior pkg. I'm at work on my iPhone so I can't look up what it includes. I was wondering if a stock CMS has chrome trim around the taillights?

Yes, it does. Stock include chrome trim around headlights, taillights, around the grill (or the whole chrome grill in non-S), bottom of windows and handles.

 

Very nice. Hey that was quick. So if the MC-S comes with all that chrome what does the exterior chrome pkg give you in addition?

 

chrome air ducts, chrome side scuttles, silver roof rails and chrome mirror caps are in the exterior chrome package.

 

Not sure, but I guess chromed rails on the roof and chromed mirrors. You can do whatever you want with your mirrors after the fact though; they sell aftermarket various mirror covers, including chrome.

 

Thanks everyone. Glad I didn't go with the ext chrome pkg. I'll prob go with red mirror caps and possible try and order a JCW front lip and try to have them install it once it comes in. I got plenty of time.
