factory tires, on aftermarket rims

I was going to get 17s but after looking at my tires they are almost brand new(just got the car), so i'm wondering if i can just get a a 16x7 aftermarkt wheel like the mini lites, or the konig rewinds, rota rbs, and use the same tires along with the same tpms and be done with it, can some confirm this

So long as what you pick clears your brakes you should be fine. I'm assuming you have a Cooper or Cooper S and not a JCW. In that case most after market 16's that you are looking at will work. Outmotoring has a great selection that they've test fitted.

I put my stock tires on after market wheels and the only concern was making sure they cleared my stock Brembo's.

thanks, yeah i got the clubman, i mainly figure going this route will save some cash, i'm thinking of keeping the clubman mostly stock except the wheels i really don't like the current ones, but then i will be on the hunt for another classic mini project
